The Sims 3 Showtime Gig list, stage and performance

Hello.  I have quite game breaking trouble with Showtime expansion, namely the performing on stage.

1.  Sometimes a gig stays in my gig list while the game treats it like there is no gig.  I can only use phone to call them to cancel the gig but it won't cancel it.

2. On some places I can actually have a gig  I arrive to perform,  but it wont let me set up a stage.. Nothing happens.. My character does the animation of setting up the stage but the stage stays empty, thus making me not able to perform. This has also made me not able to audition to a gig.

3.  Before I could still set up a stages I also encountered a problem when it would claim that there is something on the way of the stage so I could start the gig and set up but wouldn't be able to perform any actions on the stage because it would claim there is something on the way where there clearly wasn't.

I've tried to Google some real fix for the problem but so far I have only found couple "work around" that may or may not work like moving and not moving and editing the stages to delete and undo stuff.

So I was wondering is there a real fix for the problem or is there coming one anytime soon. I just recently bought Showtime and these bugs break the whole expansion.
