I'm in the same shoes, mate. I contacted EA through their online chat and they told me to contact Humble Bundle support. I advise you to contact them too, maybe they'll give us new code. Putting it in the website instead of Origin proved to be a bad idea, lol.
Well, it's EA's problem, not Humble Bundle's, since the problem happened with their site and their Origin app.
I'm gonna wait for their answer mate.
I have never had this problem with Steam before...
Sorry for the dobble post, but funny thing is that even in the Origin app it tell us to go to The Sims's site in order to redeem the code. And we all now that happened at the website...
