No, it doesn't, because it says the key is already used. Seriously, this is like fourth answer in a row from you EA guys that is actually about something completely different. Do you guys know how to read, or are you only able to write? I'm really frustrated with your services now. I've never had any problems like this with Steam.

Seriously, how long untill a proper answer is made? Thank God I coud redeem some games from the bundle with Steam, because Origin is just a no-go. Nobody bothered to give a proper answer... The game The Sims 3 is still not showing on My Games List nor is showing up on the purshased items at the The Sims 3 website.
And as I said before, even though I tried to re-redeem the code through Origin app it said to me to go to the The Sims 3 website, where I already did redeem the code but didn't get the game to download....

Oh, I saw the coloured box around his pic and assumed he was from EA.

If you're code doesn't work, you contact customer support. We users can't help you with non working codes (so much for reading on your part).

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

If you already redeemed at thesims3.com, you need a new code.
