i ordered the sims 3 supernatural from you and i recieved the game i just didn't recieve the Plants vs. Zombies™ content pack Pre-Order why is this? and how can i get it

DVD or download version ? Did you buy the limited edition ? Do you mean the pre-order deco pack (I think that was PRE order only) or the limited edition pack with the pea shooter ?
