The sims 3 won't launch stuff from store

My purchased items from the sims 3 store won't play when I run the game.

I have purchased items in my sims 3 store account. I download them, then i go to the Launcher and install them. It says it has been installed but when i run the game i dont find anything that's from the store. Stuff or even worlds like the "Roaring Hights" or Hidden Springs". And that's happening recently and unexpectedly, before I could play the game normally with all the items and words
