Whenever I open TS3, I can get to the launcher. However, when I click play, it opens activation UI in task manager, and never actually opens. I saw that one solution was to close Razer Synapse, but I don't even have it installed.
Help?
@cavvv28 Some basic information is needed. Is your computer a pc or mac? What is the version of your game - lower left in the launcher? Do you have mods installed? Did the game ever work?
@cavvv28 Is your game a Steam version? Is Origin open when you start the game? Does the game icon appear in the Origin game library? Right click the game icon and click game properties and the base game code should be displayed.
