thesims3.com help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently discovered my yahoo was deactivated. I use the email for thesims3.com and since it was deleted I cannot access my account anymore. I had my code for The Sims 3 registered on there and when I made a new account I could not use that same code. I still have the game on my computer but I can no longer use the exchange on thesims3.com. Is there any way I can get back on that account again even though my email address was deactivated?
