trouble with product code and instolation
I keep trying to insert the produck code I have been given but it directs me to the another site to use my code and will not contenue the intolation of the Sims 3 I just bought ? What should I do

Did you try to register the code at that other site (I assume that will be thesims3.com) ?
Did you buy the disc or the download version of the game ?
