try play the sims 3 say unknown error

@katiebarton14  I don't know of a good video that explains how to uninstall Sims 3, and I don't have the time or the skills to create one.  If you can't follow written instructions, then please ask someone for help.

@katiebarton14  That's fine, but I still can't make you a video, and I can't find one that provides good instructions.  All I can do is write down the steps; you'll need to read and follow them or ask someone to help.

And let me know whether you can open the game or not.  If not, please post a screenshot of the error you see.  And please do not install any expansion or stuff packs yet, just the base game itself.
