Trying to defeat Dong Huo in World Adventures and I get stuck on the cliff above the Dragons head and my sim wont get down

Everything is fine when I enter the room with Dong hou's coffin and I start standing on the tiles as they appear. I have no issue with this until the first mummy pops out of his coffin. I try to leave the room and I can't so then I get attacked by the mummy and I beat him. The next thing I know I am whisked out of the tomb and I get stuck on the cliff above the Dragons cave and any time I try to lead my sim down or around the cliff she keeps saying something is blocking her path. I can sometimes get her to move a little bit but after she walks a few feet from the cliff she then stops doing what I tell her to do and turns and walks back to the place where she first started. This has happened twice and I had to quit both times and restart from where I last saved and its driving me crazy. please say there is a solution

    if she gets stuck on the cliff again have her meditate then zeneport from the area ( that area has routing issues i had a gem there my sim needed to get the only way was to zeneport ) and dragons spring has an issue too with sims getting stuck there )
