Trying to find game codes for games i haved purchased and redownload store stuff

Laptop windows crashed, had to repair the system partion.  Sims 3 and expansions were installed on a different partition, but still will not run afterwards.  When i try to run it asks for the game code, which i do not have because I made the mistake of purchasing dl game instead of a physical disk.  When i log into my purchase history it shows me the purchases but not the game codes, so i cannot reinstall/repair the instatllation.  Also, on the sims store i connot redownload anything, maybe because the sims 3 isnt reinstalled yet, thought it is still installed, all of the c partition components got erased.  Had to this once before when first got the computer, but don't have any info on the codes anymore.  How can I get the games codes?  Is there a way to get some a physcal disk of the games without repurchasing the whole game?
