Trying to install new CC.

I been trying to install some new CC Like hair,clothes and a how but for 3days now I've been getting this issue. I've tried even downloading them 1 by 1 and still get the issue.  This started happe...

If you do a factory reset, everything will be gone from your game but it's still there since you're just renaming the folder and you can later add stuff back.

This is just to see if something in your user file is messing up the launcher. If it works with a clean user folder, you start putting your stuff back until you find the guilty party.

You can also make an backup to be extra sure that you don't loose anything.

thanks I'll risk it /) u (\ if I do lose all the stuff I deleted from the folders and my pc I'll try finding them again, this whole thing is confusing xD

    I went to go try installing new cc after following that post, and it still gives me not responding.

        Will I have to reinstall Sims 3 and the EP's if I uninstall and reinstall Origin?
