TS3 Island Paradise. No Confirmation Code

I have a slightly different, yet similar problem. I didn't get sent my email purchase receipt when I pre-ordered my version of Island Paradise. I realised that this is due to my having not verified my email address, which I have corrected. But now, I haven't yet received the purchase confirmation email to enable me to download the game. This is my first time purchasing through origin and I'm really confused. Do I have to get them to send out a new purchase receipt? Or do I simply just wait another day or two before it is sent to me?
