TS3 pack not appearing; shows as owned.

I am at my wits end! I've contacted EA support 3 times and they did nothing to help. Late Night shows as OWNED in the EA App however doesn't show in the launcher or in-game. I cannot install it, and ...

We're not able to access your specific account information here on the forums, so if you're having issues with your DLC not appearing on your account, you'd need to contact live support from the help site here so they can take a look with you.
