Problem one:
I entered the key in the EA app on my computer. I clicked download but it never started. Now I can't re enter the key because it says it's already used. The game did not end up anywhere so I could try to download it again. (Supernatural)
Problem two:
I entered the key in the EA app and it said it's umvalid in the app, I need to enter it on this website. I did but nothing happened. I press confirm, but no. (Dragon Valley)
Please help.

You should then be able to download SN under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.

You may need to get a refund and buy the content again, this time from the website.
