Two problems with key codes
Problem one: I entered the key in the EA app on my computer. I clicked download but it never started. Now I can't re enter the key because it says it's already used. The game did not end up anywhere...

You should then be able to download SN under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.

You may need to get a refund and buy the content again, this time from the website.
