@Ora3403  Try using a different browser.  And check your Origin library to make sure the game doesn't already appear there; it's always possible the code was already used or went through the first time you entered it.

@Ora3403 I had this issue and what solved it for me was clicking in the 5th code box before pressing register. After typing in the first code box it auto jumps to the next one until you've typed it all but the site "thinks" the cursor is still in the first box and doesn't see the rest of the code. Hope this will help someone who encounters this issue in the future.
