Unable to download Dragon vally

I purchased dragon valley as part of the 1900 point bundle on September 22 and have yet to be able to download it. My launcher says that there is an error and to check the log. However, I don't know what log to check or for that matter how to fix the issue. Please help!

to be honest i've not seen that error before that does not mean it does not happen i just never saw that one so i 'm not sure if you need to switch your browser if your using google chrome then switch to IE or firefox or if you have an pop up blocker turne on for the sims 3 site and need to allow it

the log can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

I tried downloading multiple times, so that explains the repetition.Here is what it said:
