Unable to download purchased items from the Sims 3 store!

I have made several purchases from the sims 3 store, but they will not download.  I receive an "error in downloading" message.  Nothing will download now.  What should I do?

Do you have any anti-viruses that could be blocking the download?

Are you using a LAN or Wifi connection?

I'm using dual-band 5ghz wifi, always full bar.I disabled the anti-virus software as well. Strange is RiverView are able to download but not monte vista and hidden spring

    what is your base game version ? hover the mouse cursor over the base game icon in the launcher see image for an example
