Unable to remove this pole in my game

Playing The Sims 3 and I tried deleting it normally, deleting it via CTRL + Shift and then left clicking it. I reset the whole lot and saved and exited the game. I came back and it's still there :(

    kwohld​  When you say you reset the lot, does that mean you have NRaas MasterController installed?  If so, click near the pole and select NRaas > MC: [with the colon, not the bullseye] > Radius Purge > [low number] and see whether the pole shows up.  If it does, select it and let MC delete it.

    If that doesn't help, do you know what the pole is from?  You might need to delete some other item that's tied to this one.

That first tip did not work but I did find out that the pole goes to the chain link fence that came with the base game. So I lined it up to where the pole sticks out and deleted it successfully that way through NRAAS. Thank you!
