Unable to Sign in to Sims 3 Launcher

Every time I launch the Sims 3 it prompts me to sign in, but the main screen is just a blank blue screen. The pop up will appear for me to put in my password but it wont either accept my password, or it just bounces back like it didn't register my password was put in. 

I changed my password to see if it was a unaccepted character but still does not let me sign into the launcher. I cleared my Microsoft Edge Cache and Cookies. Still won't let me log in, or download stuff from my library.
