Unable to sign into sims 3 account

I can’t sign into my sims3.com game account even after creating a new one. Can someone please help?

    dallymunoz21  Try disabling Advanced Rendering, which is a check box with the other graphics options.  Do so at the Main Menu, and quit to desktop before loading a save.

    Please try in both fullscreen and windowed modes, and quit and reload after switching modes.

    If that doesn't help, please list the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the OS and except for the serial number.

    dallymunoz21  Your video is set to private, so I can't see it.  Please set it to unlisted instead.  That means no one wil find it without the link but that anyone who does have the link can view it.
