Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x1027f2cb

Hi, so here's my problem

i keep getting this error when im in the sims 3 launcher :Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x1027f2cb.

It's very annoying and I cannot delete ANY bad CC from the installed content because of this. This didn't start happening until i got the new patch awhile ago, but its very annoying. I can't play the game long periods of time due to the bad CC in my game like the Night time Day time shoes. I can stay in launcher for maybe a couple of seconds but once i scroll by a bad CC or the DynamicChallenege the error comes up.

BTW i play this on my mac OS X Lion laptop version 10.7.5
