University Life Takes Forever to Download

I have a MAC and for some reason whenever I try to go and download University Life it stays on "Installing file 6 out of 68 Files" without ever moving for hours. I don't undestand.  What can I possibly do to get it to completely install?  It somehow freezes into to place because I can't even exit out of it.  I also use CC.
