unknown error occured when trying to launch sims 3 game from origin
i have bought the sims 3 starter pack and downloaded and installed it. when i try and launch the game it says "unknown error occured" any help?

Are you trying to start the game pressing play on Origin or on the Sims 3 Launcher?

After carefully reading the notes on what to do before patching, use the Super Patch to update your game.
- ApprovedI have tryed opening the sims supernatural on my mac useing both the origin launcher and just useing the sims supernatural and sims 3 icon and ism still getting the same message

Have you patched your game up to date (1.63)?
Have you only recently installed Supernatural and did you have problems before you installed it? Did the installation seem to work? Perhaps you have a corrupted download.
Do you have any mods or custom content (if so, remove them until your game is working again).

It is possible that there is some problem within your current setup.
