Unknown error on start up
I downloaded The Sims 3 along with the pets and seasons expansion packs but when I try to start the game it crashes instantly and pops up with an unknown error message.

- What's the exact error message you're getting ?
- What's your operating system ?
I'm using Mac operating system Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 to be exact and "Unknown error occurred" is the message I get. I got the game off Amazon Idk if that info helps
