Unofficial game modification error...

Whenever I try to enter my game a popup comes telling me I have an unofficial game modification error that does not match your current version of Sims 3. After I installed 1.55. I have CC, a good amount of it. And I've looked through my .package files looking for mods that could be interfering or something but I'm new to this game. Fairly new and I just don't know what else to do. I've removed some Nraas mods that could be the issue possibly. I've refreshed the caches. Help please! I just wanna play my game again and now I can't. That patch added some cool stuff that I wanna play hah! Thanks for reading.. Hope you can help me!

  • You need to remove all mods, not just some. ErrorTrap will need updating as do many others. Only put the ones back that are safe to use. Check the creators pages for updates. Twallan has already been busy and most is updated.

It's really ok to use mods (I do too) but please read around what you need to do on patch day.

Here's a link that might help you with that: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/01/tutorial-what-to-do-before-patching.html

Thanks, I went through my folder with all .packages and mods. I deleted ALL sliders. ALL mods. And now my game is working. Back to normal. Thanks, I wouldn't of thought to delete them all. I understand now that the versions don't work with the patch yet. Thanks again😕mileyvery-happy:
