UPDATE 9-2-20 Has your Sims 3 game been affected by the recent pixilation issues?

Yup, reinstalled on new computer windows 10 it's awfully pixelated in fullscreen mode. Windowed is okay but it's still noticeable

I am playing on low graphics settings though.
