Further proves what they've all been saying that this is purely a Windows issue. Because the game ran fine on all drivers, even when they had updates... Until this Windows 10 1903 update came around...
They better fix it...
My hope is that with Sims 4 & other popular games being affected that more people will be putting up a stink and that will get their attention. Keeping fingers crossed!
