UPDATE 9-2-20 Has your Sims 3 game been affected by the recent pixilation issues?

I’ve been trying to fix this for over a month and am very frustrated that my game looks like crap and despite jumping through many hoops way over my head there’s nothing that will fix it. Guess it’s time to step away and take some deep breaths.
