Update for Sims 3 ambitions iOS

Hello community,

Are you guys planning on making an update for the iPad/iPhone version of The Sims 3 Ambitions? Because right now, when I open the game, in the left, a black banner appears, so my right side of the screen falls away, making it impossible to continue in the People Maker. Please make an update, I would LOVE to play the sims on iPad, but now I can't. I have an iPad 4 with 16GB space, and I'm running iOS 8.3. Thank you in advance,

    Just paid for sims 3 ambitions and I have the black banner on my screen my daughter is very upset and well I'm not happy with paying for a useless game.
    This needs sorting out

    All the recent reviews are stating that it hasn't worked since the latest update on the 2nd June. Always read the reviews! Can you get your money back?

    Sure, i can get my money back, but I want to play Sims 3 on iPad (not Freeplay). That's why I asked if anyone knows about an upcoming update, maybe developers???
