I got a notice that there was an update today and now I've lost everything. My expansion packs no longer work correctly. I've lost all my community properties, the night clubs...everything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything twice now and it's still not working.
ursillybean Are your expansion packs installed according to the EA App? Please check under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons. If they are installed, are they showing in the launcher's Expansions & Stuff Packs tab? If they're present, uncheck the boxes and check them again, then load a new save and see whether your content is present.
If the packs are missing from the EA App or from the launcher, let me know which one and which packs are now missing.
They are all installed per the app But none of them work right now. then did until I restarted it after that update.
Got it they are working now.
