Hi i've installed the sims 3 with no expansions or any addons but when it tells me i need to update the game, i install it and try to launch the launcher but its say's "an error occured during startup please refer to the log for more details.i have uninstalled everything (incuding the reg edit and document folder but it still didnt work when i installed it.
