Upload to the Sims 3 exchange error.

Yesterday I make a house and tried to upload it the Sims 3 exchange but it stop a and said " Upload Failed: Network Error Please try Again. What do I do?

Is it only this specific item where you have an issue with the upload or do you have that with every other item too?
