So I got the Sims 3 Dragon Valley a while ago, I decided to install it now because I couldn't figure out how to and when I enter the 16-digit code for it, it says the code has already been used. I got it new though. How can this happen?
if the code was redeemed in origin that can make the code invalid you'll need to contact CS if that happened the code should be redeemed in your the sims 3 account
