used codes
we just purchased Sims 3 Plus University Life from GameStop. When we went to register it the codes have already been used. What do we need to do to resolve this? Thanks

is the game you bought second hand/used ?or new ?
if 2nd hand/used unfortunately the game cannot be transferred to another account nor reregistered to another account the code if the previous owner registered/redeemed the code it is tied to their account
if new there should be a leaflet how to install the game the 20 digit code should be on the back of that leaflet if that is the one that is giving the used/invalid emessage try to contact CS
