Weatherstone didn't appear in game

Hi, I have just bought my Sims 3 Seasons expansion pack.  Installed and ready to play, then I realized that the weatherstone doesn't appear in my game.  I am currently playing my household of wizard and ghost in Moonlight Fall. When in town view, I saw the bubble for weatherstone, but when I zoom in, there is nothing there but the bubble is still hanging in mid air.  Please help me to solve this. 

Another problem, my wizard sim has the gatherer trait and his gardening skill improved real quickly. In no time, he completed the skill challenges.  He then received a gift in his mailbox and turned out to be omni seed.  But when I click on the giftbox, no interaction is available. I can't even sell it.  Thus far, I have received four similar giftboxes of omni seeds and there is nothing I can or my sim can do about them.  Even his friend who sent him gift in-game, that gift also turn into omni seed though his friend is clearly sending him something else.  Please help me on this issue as well.

    Hey thanks for your quick reply.  Come to think about it, I did start this game before I even have the Seasons expansion pack installed.  I just assume that the weatherstone will automatically appear in my old saved game.  Perhaps I should start a new game and see if the weatherstone is there. 

    No I don't use MOD and I don't use cheat in my game.

    I would think it should appear on existing games as well but trying a new game would help figure out if it's a general problem or just one with existing games.

    It does appear in existing games.  Mine appeared in the middle of the film career lot.  My sim could go to work after it appeared, so I deleted it.  It reappeared at a park.  One does need supernatural installed for it to appear.

    It definitly should be there.

    Can you click on the icon you see to get the interactions ?
