Werewolf appearance change

When I first created one of my sims I spent literally HOURS getting him just right in both human and werewolf form.  I tried to get most of his features exactly the same in werewolf form as in human form, then just made him hairier and snarled up his face in his werewolf form.  In my opinion he was absolutely perfect... but I just realized that whenever he transforms now his face is all messed upT_T.  I'm not sure how it happened or when it happened but I absolutely HATE IT.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help.  Is there a way to change him back?  What's causing it?  Will this be fixed soon?

    Did you edit him via cheat or made from scratch ? If you made him from scratch, you should still have a copy in the library (although he of course would be a new Sim which isn't played yet).

    If you used the cheat, then that's the issue. The you use the cheat, some features don't seem to stick right.

    With mess-up, do you mean it looks different from what you made him or do you mean, it looks like a graphic glitch ?

    You could also check if you have a backup with the Sim before he got messed up.

    I havent edditted his appearance since I started playing him... but for some reason whenever he transforms now he looks nothing like I how I made him.   In fact, he has a different appearance every time he transforms.  He still looks like a sim.... just not like MY sim.  I've tried resetting him but it's not working.

    It IS a known bug and I've been looking around for some solutions but it seems there aren't any.

    Do you still have the original Sim you made in your library ?

    I'm afraid, I don't have a better suggestion.
