werewolf problems/voice issues

So I have two Sims in one household, one vampire and one werewolf. I had made the werewolf (the male) a specific way so that he looks bigger and more animal like while in werewolf form. Just recently whenever he turns he looks different every time. Such as different hair/facial features/less muscle mass etc. I had restarted my game and everything, but to no prevail it still happens.

Now I started my game and their voices are different (the both of them) the woman's is wicked deep and the males is high one sounding slowed down, the other sped up, but still that same speed if that makes sense... Anyway I was hoping someone could help me with this? Possibly tell me what's up with it?

    Do you have any custom content installed? If yes, please check if your cc interferes with your game.

    By custom content do u mean user made things? Because i tried to download some but it wouldn't let me it said to make sure i had the latest update or whatever and i did but still no cigar. So it wasn't downloaded.
