What happened to my games?

I downloaded "The Sims 3 starter pack" around this time last year. I played it for a few months and then I was signed out of my account. I forgot my account information and was unable to retrieve the information (I forgot my email information) but I just know was able to sign but onto my account. I tried going to "my games" and none of my games where there. I was confused so I went to me main screen and pushed on the Sims shortcut and it just took me back to the same page, still without my games. So I tried to redownload it, but when typed my code it, it popped up with a message saying that "The code has already been used" (can only use it once) so now i'm getting frustrated. I've already looked in FAQs and could not find anything!! Please help!!
