What is going on with the sims 3 store?

I'd like to know what's going with the sims 3? For 2-3 days now it will not let me log in to the site or store, says wrong username password combo, which is not true because it's right, and when it finally let me log in through the laptop and tried to watch video's it logged me out again, even though I had it clicked to keep me logged in. And it kept doing that on laptop. I want to get In so I can upload sims but it just won't let me, it's frustrating not knowing what's going on. I use my desk top to play my game, and upload my sims from my games.
