What is the associated premium content it says that because I don't have that I can't patch some thing I want

@chelllybellly Associated premium content is proprietary content that you have to obtain from the owner (probably EA in this case). My guess is that these item(s) are part of an expansion pack you need to have installed and is not included in this download.
