What the bleep is origin?

Origin is the most confusing **bleep** I've ever tried to figure out, and I took algebra2/trig. I just bought The Sims 3 Supernatural through amazon download for my mac and I just want to play and I downloaded origin, and it's in my applications spot and I'm lost and frustrated and upset and I spent money on it and I just want it to work already can someone please **bleep**ing help me?

I can try (although I'm not good with macs) if you try to describe your issue a bit better.
So you installed Origin on your computer ? Did you login with your information ? Does the game not show up in MyGames for you to download or where lies the exact issue ?
