what to do if your expansion pack doesn't pop up on the sims 3 launcher?

Hello, I need help. For some reason, my expansion packs aren't popping up in my sims 3 launcher, I don't know if this has something to do with it, but I bought codes to get the expansion packs, but I seem recently that people are missing the same expansion packs, etc: Ambitions and more. I'm pretty upset, I owned ALL of the expansion packs and half of them don't even pop up in my launcher. I'm trying to contact them, but everytime I do I have to call them, there isn't a chat option? I did what I was suppose to do, go and delete the EP and the SP files, but after I do, I click download and after it says I downloaded it, I go to my launcher and they still isn't there. I'm pretty mad, I paid for them and they aren't even popping up? Can someone please help me, it says that I own them in Origin, but when I go to my Launcher they aren't even there. Please help!!

@mymwelody Is there a way to check the purchases from newegg.com? If you read the ad in newegg it says the codes are sold and shipped by K4play in GB. I'm not getting a good feeling about K4play and newegg is having trouble (probably an under statement) with several South Korean banks (something about massive fraud). I could not find newegg.com or K4play as being authorized vendors. You need to contact newegg first, then K4play. If you don't get any satisfaction from the seller and see if they can do a chargeback I recommend reporting the sale to the financial institution you use (or if you used paypal) and see if they can do a charge back. It probably would not hurt to place a report with the BBB. A good guess is K4play does NOT have authority to sell codes for EA products. If the codes are not sold through the owner of the product (EA) - the owner has the right to deauthorize the code from their system (the word piracy comes to mind). Sorry tou had this happen but you do have options.

@mymwelody Where did you buy the packs? If your trying to contact EA via chat try using IE browser seem to work better then others. If you bought the codes from an Ebay seller you need to contact the Ebay vendor as EA had nothing to do with the sale (pirating comes to mind - just a guess). The only way you can buy games/packs from a third party online seller (only Amazon can legally sell digital codes that I know of) is in the physical version that comes with a disc and is sealed. If is open then someone spooked the code that was in it and more then likely it won't work. Some people have purchased the disc version only to find the code has already been used. At the point it becomes a problem for the place of purchase but in the case of the disc version EA may give you a new code. hth

I bought the codes from a site called "Newegg.com" I put in the code and it downloaded and when I went to my launcher it was there, but a day later they randomly dissapeared. I don't know if that site has anything to do with though. I did not buy all my expansion packs, and stuff packs from that site. The ones that I bought from walmart, and online on origin they are still on there, the ones I bought from newegg ( i think ) dissapeared, but i think like 2 or 1 I bought from newegg, are still there. I did chat with some person, and they said I was going to get a message from someone that works at EA, but I never recieved a message, I really want help asap, because I'm really bored without my expansion packs.

Now randomly, It keeps saying " The Sims 3 has stopped working " just now. I'm getting frustrated. Now I can't even play my sims 3 game without it crashing.
