When I try to open my The Sims 3 the computer says "Wrong Image"

Hi guys. I bought my The Sims 3 some months ago and I used it on my older computer. Now I've got one new and I installed the game again. Everything went allright, but then I tried to open the game.  ...

    windows features turn on network frame ? and or download NET\Framework\v4 from, microsoft ?
