When i try to reinstall my Sims 3 it says the code has already been used!

Once you register a game/pack that code is locked to the login you used to register the game/pack. If you can not remember the account you need to contact an EA game consultant at Contact EA. If you are sure you are logging in to the correct account you will still have to contact EA customer service to correct this issue.
