when putting in the code it says it has already been used
my daughter got a windows 8 laptop and i bought the sims 3 seasons download and when putting in the code it says it has already been used. not happy spending money on it and it won't work. please help or give me my dang money back. funny how ya'll take the money within seconds and then the game won't work!!!!!

When you purchase The Sims 3 or any of its Expansions or Stuff Packs through Origin, you no longer need to manually register your product through The Sims 3’s website. Just make sure that your Origin account details match the details of your Sims 3 account, and Origin will register your products for you.
