When will I receive my pre ordered The Sims 3 Supernatural, Zombies vs. Plants ? I ordered it more than a month ago and now there is almost a week since the game hit stores?? I live in Iceland! -Hra...

I can't connect to them... ? This is so bad, that game cost me 39.99 us dollars and that's 6000 in my country, wich is a lot! what do i do?

What do you mean by 'I can't connect to them' ? If you try live chat, don't know if the work on the weekends.

    What I mean is when i click on the link you sent then im directed to the right place but the 'choose a contact method' it's all gray and i can't click on it ? is this normal ? ☹️
