Usually this will work.
I can't log in on the 2nd page. When you're actually in the game, keep saying wrong password. I'v e changed my password 3 times, is Origin not connected with EA??
I actually have this problem too
on the second page u displayed the log in option is not even there for me....

What is your base game version right now ?
Open the launcher and check the number in the lower left corner.
If you're not at 1.63, please update your game.

Try clearing your IE Browser cache.
There's also a file in documents\electronicarts\thesims3\downloads that has your email address as file name. Delete that.If that doesn't help, get in touch with a customer support game advisor
