Try using an cable instead of wireless to download to guarantee a more stable connection.
Make sure nothing is blocking the connection (firewall, anti virus, another program)

It could also be a server issue on EA's side. Heavy load atm.
Thank you! I think it might be a server because whenever I try to download it I also noticed I get a message saying something like "there is a problem with the server." I don't remember word-for-word, but yeah.

And yes, I do have Avast! but it was turned off at the time. ☹️
